Another stellar review for Ida and her manual lymphatic drainage!

I’ve seen Rebekah consistently for a couple of years. She is very responsive and uses a variety of manual techniques to address my changing needs.

After a back injury, I started seeing Ida as well for manual lymphatic drainage. It has been a game-changer in calming my nervous system (my Oura tracks our sessions as a nap—with deep sleep!) and helping with inflammation and numbness.

I’ve had manual lymphatic drainage from other therapists, and it was not the same. I am grateful that Ida invested the time and money in the Vodder method training.

Both my wife and I have benefited greatly from our treatments by Rebekah. My wife's lower back pain is now very minimal instead of often being crippling for days in the past. She now is not at all afraid of that pain and problem, as her improvement is that dramatic, and she knows that the correct treatment is available if the problem returns some time in the future.
My right leg muscle pain and tightness kept me from running and even from most walking...even walking the dogs was excruciating. After 4-5 sessions it was totally gone, I started being able to run, and the pain/restriction hasn't come back. My other big problem being corrected is: my extreme muscle/bone misalignments/imbalances. They started improving immediately, and I will continue to go to Rebekah for more of those treatments...(my orthopedic condition is quite severe and long-standing, so it will take a while to permanently correct it).
