Wheels Up had a name. Before Tone and
Flown existed. Before this community was
what it is today.

But the “before” isn’t just a body. It’s
a woman who wasn’t sure if she was going
to make it through 21 weeks.

The “after” isn’t just a body either. It’s
a woman who kept showing up when it got hard.
Who logged the meal. Who joined the huddle.
Who trusted the process even on the days it
felt slow.

22.3 pounds. But more than that…
a whole identity shift.
