Join us for In the Know! on May 6 at the JAM Center as we focus on building bone strength and supporting long-term mobility. This free workshop, led by Choice Physical Therapy, will cover simple ways to improve posture, strengthen bones, and care for your body through everyday habits.

You will also get to try a gentle standing strength circuit and take home helpful tips you can actually use.
