Dear potential and current clients,
I want to share my personal journey with you, as it has shaped who I am today and why I am so passionate about helping others. My name is Crystal Pilat, and I am a registered nurse in upstate NY.
A few years ago, I found myself in a tough spot. I was broke, going through a divorce, and raising three children on my own. I lacked confidence, had low self-esteem, and felt like life was just not going my way. I tried traditional therapy, but it didn't provide the healing I needed, even though it had helped many others.
That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I started journaling my feelings and exploring alternative means of healing. It was during this time that I met my mentor and life coach, Heather Paris, and my life changed forever.
Through working with Heather, I not only found healing for myself but also learned how to create a healthier and happier childhood for my children. I broke free from the generational curses that had held me back and discovered the power of effective communication, self-belief, and deep-rooted healing.
With newfound determination and self-love, I began to transform my life. I went from working in the dietary department of a hospital to becoming a successful nursing administrator at the very same institution. I realized that life had so much more to offer me and my family.
I married a wonderful man, and together we built a beautiful home on Cayuga Lake. We cherished the breathtaking sunsets and the calming flow of the water. But I knew there was still something missing.
In 2020, as my children started their own journeys, I took a month to rediscover myself. I asked myself a powerful question: "What would I do if I had zero risk of failure?" The answer was crystal clear - I wanted to create a coaching center to help others.
It hasn't been an easy journey. I've gone through branding and rebranding, changed business partners, and even relocated my center twice. But through it all, I have found the perfect recipe for providing high-quality services and creating a center where my clients can heal from the inside out.
Today, I am Crystal Pilat, RN, the proud owner of Crystal Clear Health & Wellness. I am a certified life coach, energy healer, and instructor. My center is a place where you can find the tools, support, and guidance to transform your life.
