Until the end of the month Circle Creek is collecting donations for the families affected by the fires in Spokane! 📦

As school approaches, many of these families have lost supplies purchased, new clothes, shoes, toiletries, toys, and sports equipment needed to make this year a success. We will be collecting these items until the end of the month in our front lobby. Stop by, drop of your donations, and help set your community up for success this school year! ✏️💛

It really is true that spending time in nature can help to maintain wellness! Being in nature has been proven to help improve sleep, breathing, mental health and more! 🌲

While it may be hard at first, ensuring that you take time to do the hobbies you enjoy, rest, and relax in whatever way feels best to you is an incredibly important part of maintaining your wellness! 🧘🛀
