With everything that has been coming to light these days, the way it comes at you, I know that keeping things simple and close to the heart is the best. Keep in touch with those you care about, in meaningful conversation, time and showing you love and notice them. Take time to go outside and enjoy life, love everyone, maybe from afar, but in love just the same.
Give love to yourself, keep your body mind and soul in the best shape you know how and keep an open mind to everything, it sure isn't what it seems to be.
For those that are curious go back to a simple and natural outlook. Eat clean as best as you can, avoid eating out of a box or a bag and try to keep safe. On a last note, if you get to the point where you just don't think you can, I guarantee that anything is possible.

Sometimes, when you need to get away, just go for a walk, learn who you are again, you find yourself remembering your childhood. Not the hard moments, not the sad moments, but the moments of wonder and peace, laughter and silence.
I highly suggest getting outside for a bask in the sun, a moment of tranquility, maybe just sit in the memory, the moment and bring yourself back to who you were in that moment. Then bring it with you back to the present, hold on to it for as long as you can. Share it with others.

Taking care of yourself doesn't always come in a radical life change every day. It can. However the majority of the time it comes in little moments.
It comes in making the decision to go to sleep a little bit earlier. Or to cut out people that don't align with what you want in life. It comes in making the decision to change your attitude towards something you know is not the best for you.
Sometimes it comes in a perspective change. When you decide that you love you more than you like the effects it has on you it changes EVERYTHING.
If you can't figure out what is causing you pain or discomfort it can be extremely frustrating just don't give up, EVER on figuring it out.

The truth will come along and show you, sometimes from somewhere you never thought. A lot of times that still small voice you dismissed told you what you already knew.
Don't dismiss that voice. There is truth in silence, just remember there is also truth in the counsel of many, as well.

Ok at the request of some who have tried it, here is my cucumber dill salad
Vegetables:
3 cups cucumber cut up, I leave the peel on,seeds in, just clean them and cut them up
2 cups quartered mushrooms
Half of a medium red onion small dice about 1/2 cup
Dressing:
1/4 cup parsley chopped finely
4 large cloves of finely minced garlic (I love garlic)
1/4 cup dill minced
1/2 lemon squeezed with a fork inserted and use it to remove the juice moving it up and down
2 tablespoons of apple c***r vinegar
1 tsp pepper (preferably fresh ground) add more if you like
1 cup mayonnaise Duke's or any type without sugar added
Mix this all up in a medium sized bowl.
This is best if it is eaten fresh, if you want it later:
Make the dressing up and save it in a container, as this as desired to your vegetables

* For variations
Use green onions shallots or leeks
Cabbage or carrots shredded it fine chop broccoli
Add carrots, zucchini, bell pepper or tomatoes
Use olive oil and different vinegars and variations on lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice fresh squeezed of course.
Use cilantro instead of dill with lime maybe a touch of cumin and chili powder
Use orange with mango or nectarine with some sweet curry

Just some ideas

This was dinner last night, marinated chicken legs ( baked then garlic polenta sliced and fried in avocado oil and topped with fresh spinach and a couple capers and steamed in the same pan.
I made a fresh pea salad with mayo, minced onion and some balsamic vinegar salt pepper and garlic. Keeping it very simple.

Marinade
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple c***r vinegar with the mother (braggs)
1 medium Orange squeezed ( I reserve the peel to use in my orange apple c***r vinegar)
I used fresh basil 3 leaves minced
1 stem of oregano
Salt pepper and garlic to taste
Pour all of it over the chicken let it sit 20 minutes bake at 350 covered 1 hour or when the meat pulls back from the bone then remove the lid and turn to broil for 15 minutes (I cooked the polenta and made the pea salad while this was broiling).
Dinner served.

So I made the pudding, it turned out perfect! I added dairy free cream cheese to it just one 8 oz block and some heavy whipping cream and made cheesecake that too is amazing. I whipped up the next whipping cream, whipped it up, added the creamcheese and whipped it too, then on low blended the pudding. Next I'll be making homemade graham crackers, (I'll add that recipe too) crushing them up adding 1/4 cup of coconut oil (or butter) melted and a 1tsp cinnamon and blending it all together, putting it on the bottom of a glass pan for a crust and then pouring the pudding cheesecake on to and refrigerating it. This is usually a holiday treat only but I just had to try it! No bake pudding cheesecake is too good on a hot day like today not too have as a special treat once in a while.
So that is 3 desserts in one.
Pudding, graham crackers and no bake cheesecake.
