In my search for community, I realized there was no place that felt like home—a place where people could come together to heal and thrive. Yoga had saved my life, and I knew deep in my heart th
at I wanted to share the holistic modalities that had brought me freedom with others. So, I created The Sweetest Little Life. Our vision is simple: to offer a safe haven for those on their healing journey, a place where the village mentality thrives, and collective healing is the heartbeat of everything we do. Since opening, we’ve grown into a thriving wellness center that offers yoga, healing modalities, and a community where you can come as you are. In January, we took a leap of faith, expanding to a larger location and going all in—literally. We sold our home and are now living in our RV while we search for the perfect property to create a retreat center where people can gather for events, workshops, and deep healing sessions. At The Sweetest Little Life, you’re not just a client—you’re family. Our incredible team of healers, practitioners, and instructors are on their own healing journeys, and we’re here to support you on yours. We are constantly evolving, learning new modalities, and expanding the ways in which we can help you heal and grow.
