As part of Delta Dental’s Summer of Smiles program we’re celebrating our members and all the ways wellness can bring a little more joy to your summer.

Our Beach Yoga crew soaked up the sunset while stretching, breathing, and connecting by the sea. What better setting for a yoga class than the beach and what better way to celebrate summer than with a smile?

As part of Delta Dental’s Summer of Smiles program, we’ve started delivering dental hygiene kits to our members, and our Poolside Pilates ladies were thrilled to receive theirs!

CCMHG Members join us this July as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday by walking your way to liberty in our 1776 Challenge!

Challenge yourself to walk, run, or hike 17.76 miles each week during the month of July - that’s about 2.5 miles each day. Record your miles each week on this tracker, then submit your completed form at the end of the month to be entered into a random drawing for some fun patriotic prizes!

Share your progress and inspire others by posting your photos and adventures on social media using so we can celebrate together.

Whether you’re strolling through your neighborhood, hiking your favorite trail, or logging miles on the treadmill, every step brings you closer to your goal and helps honor America’s 250th birthday.
