And a special shout out to our very own Mary, Sherri, Stephanie, and Emma. Thank you for your hard work, positivity, teamwork, and sense of humor, and for everything you do to ensure our clients are well cared for and our staff feel supported each and every day. We are proud to provide “Quality Care Beyond Compare,” and that only happens because of the amazing nurses behind it.

We are proud to recognize Siera Underwood as our March 2026 Caregiver of the Month!

Siera has been a caregiver for nearly 7 years, bringing experience and compassion to the clients she serves. She truly enjoys working one-on-one with clients, building meaningful relationships and providing personalized care that supports their daily needs and overall well-being. She is a strong advocate for her client and is an excellent communicator with all team members. She consistently goes above and beyond, helping fill open shifts when needed, showing her dedication to ensuring continuity of care.

Her goal is to continue progressing and growing within her role. Outside of work, Siera enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 4-year-old niece. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication, reliability, and compassion Siera brings to Access to Home Care Services every day!
