🎉✨ DESIGN HER DOULA IS 2! ✨🎉

Two years ago, I took a leap of faith and started Design Her Doula. What started as a dream has become something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

Over these past two years, I’ve had the absolute honor of supporting so many incredible mamas and families through some of the most vulnerable, powerful, and beautiful moments of their lives. From the first contraction to the first snuggle, I’ve been welcomed into your stories, your homes, your births, and your hearts. 🥹👶🏼💕

To every family who has trusted me, invited me into your birth space, called me in the middle of the night, shared your fears, celebrated your victories, and allowed me to love on your babies… thank you. You are the reason I do what I do. 🤍

And to the babies I’ve had the privilege of meeting along the way… you will always hold a tiny piece of my heart. 🥰

Two years of birth stories, late nights, beautiful beginnings, postpartum snuggles, happy tears, hard moments, and so much love. 💕✨

I’m incredibly grateful for every family who has been part of this journey and so excited for everything still to come.

The addition of birth beds at EAH is more than just new equipment. It’s an investment in mothers, babies, and families. Birth beds are designed to support labor, birth, and immediate postpartum recovery, helping moms move more freely, find comfortable labor positions, and work with their bodies throughout the birth process.

Let’s talk about Dads!!!!💙

I often see men in a way not many others ever do or ever will. When I say they touch my heart and make me shed a tear I wholeheartedly mean that. They show up with quiet strength, steady hands, and so much love. 💙

As a doula, I have the privilege of witnessing the beautiful moments that often go unseen. The nervous pacing, the whispered encouragement, the hand holding through contractions, the first tears when they meet their baby, and the overwhelming love that fills the room.

Fatherhood begins long before the first diaper change. It begins with showing up, supporting, protecting, and loving through every step of the journey.

To all the dads and partners who advocate, encourage, and stand beside their growing families, thank you. Your presence matters more than you know, and the bond you are building starts from the very beginning. 🤍
