If you’re like me, you probably dreaded them. I mostly remember trying not to gag while you waited for it to set… thankfully, those days are behind us!

At Gregoire Orthodontics, we use the iTero® digital scanner to create a highly accurate 3D model of your teeth.

With a small handheld wand, the iTero scanner captures thousands of images of your teeth, gums, and bite in just a few minutes. The result is a precise digital model that helps us plan treatment and even create retainers, all while making your visit more comfortable.

In observance of Independence Day, our office will be closed on Thursday, July 2nd and will reopen on Monday, July 6th at 8:00am.

This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 250th birthday of the United States of America. We hope you have the opportunity to celebrate this historic milestone with family and friends while enjoying a fun, safe, and relaxing holiday weekend.

As always, Dr. Gregoire remains available for orthodontic emergencies and can be reached by calling our office at 207-782-1644 and following the answering machine prompts.

Caught up in the end-of-the-school-year craziness, I’ve neglected to share some very important Gregoire Orthodontics updates! I thought we’d start this evening with a belated (but very heartfelt) Happy Father’s Day to Dr. Gregoire and all the incredible dads in our community.

Dr. Gregoire truly centers his life around his family and often says his three children are his greatest blessings. He became a father while serving in the Navy and welcomed our third child during his orthodontic residency—two incredibly demanding seasons of life. Yet somehow, he always found the time and energy to give his very best to both his family and his patients.

I still remember so many nights when he would stay up working or studying with a sleeping newborn on his chest so I could get some much-needed rest. Later came the countless evenings spent finishing work so he could come straight home, get down on the floor, and simply be present with our kids.

We are so grateful for the father he is to our children and for the example he sets every day in our community. Happy Father’s Day to Dr. Gregoire and to all the dads who give so much of themselves to the people they love. 💙
