This position involves working in a controlled environment to manufacture medical devices, including molding, assembly, quality inspections, and packaging.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing or medical device experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable standing and working around machinery, heat, and powder

This position involves finish and assembly work, polishing medical devices, metal bending, and paying close attention to detail and direction. TIG welding experience is preferred, but not required.

RMD is looking for someone who is a team player, takes pride in their work, and has a desire for continuous improvement.

🎉Certification Alert!🎉

Our very own Damin Miller earned his Technical Certificate in Welding Technology from Ivy Tech Community College and we could not be more proud. This was a two year long program, four days a week, 5:00-10:00 pm. When he started at RMD, he came into work earlier so he could attend his night classes.

Damin is dedicated to learning, growing, trying new things and that is not something that can be trained for taught.

Congratulations Damin, we’re very proud of you!👏🏻

This Father’s Day, we honor the fathers and father figures who have left a lasting impact on the RMD family. We’re proud to celebrate the father-child relationships that are woven into our company’s story.

Father: Bo Smith. Daughter: Taylor. As RMD’s original General Manager, Bo was instrumental in establishing the company and building the foundation for its success. From creating the RMD name to leading the move to our current facility, his vision and leadership helped shape RMD into the company it is today.

Father: Craig Strock. Son: Andy. Craig’s skill, expertise, and dedication to quality make him an invaluable part of the RMD team.
His calm, positive attitude and commitment to doing the job right are appreciated by everyone who works with him.

Father: Jeff Ondrla. Daughter: Catherine. With 50+ patents, Jeff possesses a wealth of knowledge in orthopedic design and quality allowing him to help guide RMD’s continued growth and innovation. Jeff fulfills his general manager responsibilities with compassion, care and attention to detail making him a valuable resource for both employees and clients.
