Our next-door neighbors, Mot's Pit Cooked Barbeque & Catering, Inc., rolled out their burger menu today, and it got us thinking… 🤔🍔

Peek-a-boo… We see you through the window… And now we don’t! 👀

We’re having our windows tinted by Trapp Window Tinting today, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

The tint will help keep The Village cooler and will add an extra layer of privacy for our patients so we can keep our blinds open more… We LOVE natural light!

Per the usual, our Director of Fun had to come inspect the work.

Well, y’all! Add this to the list of things we didn’t expect to happen so soon. 😂

Dr. Brett and I were wrapping up a late night at The Village, standing in the parking lot admiring our sidewalk plants and how nice our sign looks lit up.

Next thing we know,
WE GOT PARKING LOT PULLED OVER. 🚔

From the deputy’s perspective:
-Black trash bag on the sidewalk (our “loot bag” of face paper trash)
-Woman walking toward the door after dark
-Man standing in the parking lot/on the sidewalk like a lookout

In reality, I was just fixing our punny wreath. 🥴

We introduced ourselves, offered him a drink, a bathroom break, and a tour, and thanked him for keeping an eye on our second home.

Honestly, we’re grateful someone cared enough to stop and make sure we weren’t, in the words of my little Korean oma, “Doin’ somethin’ trouble”.

So thank you to our men and women in blue with Columbia County Sheriff's Office for staying alert and helping keep us safe.

We’ll try to make our late-night landscaping look a little less like a felony next time. 🤣🤣🤣

HEY VILLAGE!!! ❤️

Can we brag on y’all for a minute?!

We’ve been pulling some wild hours over here (think 15–20 hour days 😅), so I haven’t been on Facebook nearly as much as I was before.

Don’t think for one second that we haven’t noticed what’s been happening, though…

WE SEE Y’ALL!!!!

We see you tagging us, recommending us, inviting your friends and family, sharing your experiences and telling everyone who will listen about your Village. We see you sharing your experiences and sending loved ones photos. We see you telling everyone who will listen about YOUR Village.

When we dreamed about opening this practice, we didn’t just want to build another chiropractic office. We wanted to build a Village. A place where babies, kids, parents, grandparents, athletes, military families, expecting mamas, and everyone in between could feel like they belong.

Watching y’all take ownership of that vision and proudly telling people, “This is MY Village,” has been one of the sweetest surprises of this entire journey.

We may have started The Village, but this place belongs to all of us now.

So thank you for cheering us on, for giving us grace while we’re figuring out life as new business owners, for trusting us with your families, and for shouting about your Village from the rooftops.

We promise we’ll keep showing up every day and giving this community everything we’ve got.
