Can we geek out for a minute ? I’ll keep sorta short. Your skin has a bodyguard. Its job is fighting off bacteria, and most of the time it’s excellent at that. But in reactive skin, the bodyguard gets paranoid. It starts calling in backup over nothing - like your glass of w**e, a hot shower, a stressful Tuesday. And that backup shows up on your face as heat, flush, and capillaries you didn’t ask for.
