Today’s event ClariTEA workshop was very soul fulfilling✨❤️ it came in as an idea I had and Im grateful I listened to all the signs telling me to try this event today on 1.11. We began with a silence intention setting at 1:11 and then meditation, journaling and then connecting and sharing. Then we moved into creating. We each created a dozen of our own signature tea bags. Leaving with so much more than our teas, but connection and clarity for the year ahead. So grateful 💕 If you want to get on the waitlist for the next event comment here✨

Hi, I’m Bridget Rose. Founder and Breathwork facilitator behind Bridget Rose Wellness.
I believe in the power of your breath. My own journey deepened through daily healing practices such as meditation, breathwork, therapy, coaching, Reiki and yoga, which transformed survival into thriving. After 30 years working in Marketing, I took the leap into what I feel is the work I will be doing for the rest of my life. Guiding and supporting individuals and groups through breathwork/meditation sessions.
My work is rooted in creating safe, supportive spaces where you can feel seen and empowered to move through life’s transitions with more ease.
