Don't let the name fool you... this class ain't no stroll in the park! We power jump up hills, flip tires, work lots of crazy core drills all well on the move through the grass and trails. The babies love it, the husbands love it and most of all, you will love it! You feel so amazing after starting your day with this workout, you leave feeling on top of the world, more energy then when you got there and the confidence you gain is incredible. Fit moms coming together, motivating and supporting each other, the babies become friends. if you stick at it at least 2 times a week with clean eating and exercise on your own at home you can have a better body then before you even had that little one!
