The FY 2027 ICD-10-CM code set is live, and it’s already in Swishvo.

The 9.59 million holistic, spiritual, and ancestral care providers we serve deserve infrastructure that keeps pace with the system. As of October 1, 2026, 190 new diagnosis codes are in effect, including 44 new pregnancy-related codes that give midwives and maternity providers more precise language for some of the most tender moments in care.

For doulas, therapists, and lactation providers, most of your familiar codes stay the same. For everyone: let your documentation lead, and choose the diagnosis your record supports.

We be working!

Last week our founder was in Denver and our Head of Growth was in Seattle. Meanwhile, the rest of the Swishvo team was home, heads down, doing the work that matters.

1,628 messages in one week. 71% of them were direct conversations between teammates solving problems, answering questions, and making sure seekers and providers were supported every step of the way.

This is what it looks like to build infrastructure for 9.59 million holistic, spiritual, and ancestral care providers who have been locked out of the system for too long. It’s not always glamorous. It’s showing up, every single day.

Last week was busy!

Our founder was in Denver.
Our Head of Growth, John Wayne, John Wayne was in Seattle for the Swizzle Ventures Annual Meeting.

And the rest of the team was home doing the work that matters most: supporting seekers and providers every single day.

Every room we walk into carries the same message. There are 9.59 million holistic, spiritual, and ancestral care providers who have been doing sacred work for generations without the infrastructure other providers take for granted. That changes now.
