There is something deeply sacred about creating incense by hand.

Long before it became something you purchased off a shelf, incense was medicine, offering, prayer, and ceremony. In this hands-on workshop, we'll return to those traditions—working directly with herbs, resins, woods, and botanicals to create incense that carries both intention and purpose.

Together, we'll explore:

🌿 The energetic and traditional uses of herbs, resins, and aromatics
✨ How to formulate and blend incense from scratch
🔥 Create your own handcrafted incense cones to take home
🌙 Ways to incorporate sacred smoke into your personal rituals, meditation, and spiritual practice

Whether you're new to herbalism or already have a deep relationship with the Earth Mother Onílé (a term my Godmother coined), this workshop offers an opportunity to slow down, create with intention, and connect more deeply with the wisdom of the plants.

✨ Only 3 spots remain, and registration closes October 10, 2026!

There is a reason some things only find their way to the surface when we finally become still. 🪷

When we are constantly moving—working, caring, creating, fixing, helping, surviving—it can be difficult to hear what our spirit has been quietly trying to tell us.

🪷Then comes the stillness🪷

And suddenly there are feelings we haven't had time to feel. Questions we haven't wanted to answer. Grief that needs somewhere to go. Desires we have pushed aside. Truths that have patiently waited for us to become quiet enough to hear them.

This is why rest can be sacred work.

Rest isn't always comfortable. Sometimes slowing down brings us face-to-face with the very things busyness helped us avoid.

But you don't have to immediately fix what rises.

Listen.

Sit with it.

Ask what it came to teach you.

Sometimes the medicine isn't in doing one more thing.

Sometimes the medicine is becoming still enough to hear yourself again. 🤎✨
