You don’t always know what something is doing to you until you take it away.
I cut caffeine recently. Almost immediately — better sleep, steadier nervous system, less edge.
Will I have it again? Probably. But now I’ll reintroduce it with awareness, not dependence.
The practice isn’t deprivation. It’s data. Pull the thing, and let your body tell you the truth.
