This experience weaves together breath-work, yoga & sound healing. This space invites you to move your body, awaken your breath, and immerse yourself in a relaxing sound vibrations.

There will be tea, time to journal and quiet moments of reflection.

Responding to life has been a pivotal key for my journey. I used to try and get things done when the energy wasn’t quite there, push, exert and run myself in circles to share my work.

Through stepping back and taking a pause life has slowly unraveled in ways I didn’t know possible. I just moved into a new spot this past weekend and it has felt like the seeds I planted months ago are starting to bloom.

I had a zoom call earlier today that was geared to share about non-profit work and sharing sound healing in schools. Little did we know we would be sharing lots of golden nuggets to support each other on our own personal journey and how to serve our communities.

I am feeling so inspired and lit up and most importantly, feel strongly about creating spaces for others to decompress, recharge, renew & connect. Here’s a sneak peak of ‘Glenda’ she is a beautiful space I will be able to utilize to support you with sound journey’s, women circles, Tea time & more. Stay tuned ! ꩜

Here’s a review from my latest sound healing client.

~ getting grounded and recalibrating in Austin and it feels good. I have been going through some rough waters and feel I am definitely coming out wiser and stronger. We truly are similar to the metamorphosis of a caterpillar to a butterfly , there are so many stages involved for us to get to the next moment.

Reminding myself that rest is needed and each step is important for accomplishing the bigger goals.
