When we talk about summer dampness as a pathogen, this is what we mean. You might feel heaviness, hard to get going, brain fog and like you're moving through a soup/molasses. It's very common in damp/hot weather!
The condensation here shows what you're probably feeling - trapped in this awful wet blanket.
Things that can help: melons! cherries! plums! Nature provides and the fruit in season at this time is where to start. There are herbal formulas if you are experiencing worse symptoms (lol: urgent ~diarrhea~, nausea, overheating easily)
