Unlike fraternal twins (dizygotic), where 2 s***m fertilize 2 different eggs, identical twins (monozygotic) begin with only 1 s***m fertilizing 1 egg.

But something unusual happens as the embryo develops: the single embryo splits into 2 separate embryos. Each embryo continues developing into a baby, and because they came from the same original fertilized egg, they have nearly identical DNA.

The bleeding tooth fungus or Hydnellum peckii gets it name from the bright red droplets that appear on its white surface, making it look like blood is coming from its pores.

Its liquid contains pigments and natural chemicals that make it look like blood. Underneat its cap are tiny tooth shaped spines that release spores instead of gills.

Pilobolus is a coprophilous fungus that grows on herbivore dung, especially horse and cattle dung. It produces a slender, translucent stalk topped with a swollen spore-containing structure. Using internal pressure, it can explosively launch this structure toward sunlight, helping its spores reach nearby vegetation. Grazing animals then eat the spores, allowing the fungus to complete its life cycle.

This is what a human skeleton looks like inside an obese person.
Bones can adapt to increased mechanical loading, potentially becoming slightly denser or stronger. But this adaptation has limits.

Body fat can expand and accumulate around and between organs, and excess fat can also accumulate within certain organs. Some organs, such as the liver and heart, may increase in size or volume under certain conditions. The kidneys can also undergo structural changes in obesity.
However, bones generally do not enlarge in proportion to body fat, and not every organ becomes larger.

An aneurysm is like a balloon-like bulge in a weakened part of a blood vessel wall. As blood pushes against the weakened area, the vessel wall can bulge outward. The bulge may grow larger over time, and if it ruptures, it can cause life-threatening internal bleeding.
