Wellness trends we are falling for: 1. Personalized Wellness - DNA based supplement routines and epigenetics informed protocols. One size does NOT fit all 2. Low Tox Living - choosing clean products over those filled with toxic chemicals 3. Treating the cause, not the symptom - we value finding the root cause of your symptoms, not just putting a bandaid on them 4. Circadian - synced sleeping - routines that support natural rhythm of cortisol and melatonin 5. 8 hours of sleep - because sleep is the goat 6. Nervous system regulation - keeping your body’s stress response system balanced 7. Recovery - saunas, castor oil packs, and red light are our friend 8. Balance! Because life is meant to be lived

introducing a new testing option at alza 👀

MRT takes a different approach to food sensitivity testing than traditional IgG and IgA panels by looking at white blood cell changes associated with inflammatory mediator release. it also tests reactions to selected food additives, preservatives, and dyes, which is another tool to investigate persistent symptoms.

we’re so excited to bring MRT to alza and offer clients a more targeted way to understand which foods and additives may be relevant to their symptoms. follow along for more on how we use MRT in practice!

Cilantro Lime Chicken 🌿🍋 Ingredients: - 3–4 lbs chicken breast or thighs - 1 large bunch cilantro (stems included) - 4–5 garlic cloves or 1–1 ½ tsp garlic powder - 1 jalapeño (seeds in for heat, out for mild) - 2 tsp cumin - 1 tsp chili powder - 1 tsp sea salt - ½ tsp black pepper - 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey - juice of 3 limes (~⅓ cup) + zest of 1–2 limes - ¼ cup olive oil. Not a cilantro fan? Think it tastes like soap? Swap it for parsley, or go half parsley + half basil for the same fresh, herby kick. Instructions: 1. Add cilantro, garlic (or powder), jalapeño, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, maple syrup, lime juice, and olive oil to a blender. Blend until smooth. 2. Pour over chicken, coating evenly. 3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours) in the fridge. 4. Grill 2–3 minutes per side, then finish in the oven until the internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C) for chicken breasts or 172°F (78°C) for thighs. 5. Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
