‘The system, sold by Doctronic, is designed to conduct a “comprehensive medical assessment” that “mirrors the clinical decision-making process a licensed physician would follow.”1 Initially focusing on prescription renewals, the software is slated to prescribe almost 200 drugs, including corticosteroids, statins, antidepressants, hormones, and anticlotting agents.’

Are we thinking they will help chronic pain patient access medication for better QOL?
Perhaps they would warn about risks of things like Gabapentin and have better suggestions??

These peptides are all over wellness spaces right now — and if you have chronic back pain, it makes sense you’re curious.

So let’s be honest about where the science stands.

BPC-157 has shown genuinely interesting results for tissue repair and inflammation — in animals. A 2025 systematic review found 544 studies on it. Only 1 was a human clinical trial.

TB-500 has zero human clinical trials. None. Its safety profile in people is still completely unknown.

That doesn’t mean the conversation isn’t worth having. It means you deserve the full picture — not just what’s trending.

The most evidence-backed tools for back pain recovery are still movement, targeted rehab, and consistency. Not sexy. But actually studied in humans. 💙

Your doctor said you have a herniated disc.

You’ve been told it might mean surgery. And now someone is telling you your body can actually reabsorb it on its own?

Yeah. We get the skepticism. But this is real — and the research backs it up. 👇

Spontaneous disc resorption is a well-documented phenomenon. A meta-analysis of over 2,000 patients found the overall resorption rate for lumbar disc herniations was about 70% with conservative treatment. Not a small study. Not a fluke.

Here’s what’s actually happening inside your body: when disc material herniates, your immune system sends in macrophages — specialized cells that infiltrate the area, trigger an inflammatory response, and work to break down and reabsorb the herniated tissue. Your body essentially treats it like something that doesn’t belong there and starts cleaning it up.

And here’s the part that surprises most people: larger herniations actually have a higher likelihood of resorption — sequestered discs (the most severe type) show regression rates as high as 96%.

Does this mean everyone avoids surgery?

No.

Does this mean you just wait and do nothing? Absolutely not.

Movement, rehabilitation, and the right support matter enormously in how your body responds.

But if you’ve been told your back is “broken” and surgery is your only path — know that your body has more capacity to heal than most people realize.
