Big mood?
Bad mood?

Your fascia helmet could be causing you tension headaches

The galea aponeurosis is the tougher fascia structure that connects from your forehead down to your neck

When this bad boy is tight it can cause tension headaches, jaw pain, shoulder pain, and/or ruin your mood.

Try this and tell me how you feel

Thank you for taking care of YOU

How I work with the neck

Fascia is the body’s communication network between movement and the nervous system. Restrictions in the fascia of the neck and head can change how the entire body moves, feels, and responds to pain.

This is a minute of what I do to help my people get out of pain.

Thank you for taking care of YOU

Which leg did you cross over first?

Probably the one that isn’t as tight

Try this stretch/ fascia floss if you have tight hips.

How to do this amazing flossy/stretch

Leg up

Elbow pit to knee pit(back of knee)

Hold your hands

Counter stretch by bringing your outside foot toward the floor

Twist the spine

Feel that fascia release

To add on(get a deeper stretch)

Crossover the bottom leg

Adjust as needed, take your time

That pain in between your shoulder blades isn’t always just “tight muscles.”

Most of the time, the fascia and muscles around the upper traps + levator scapula get stuck in a protective pattern from stress, posture, breathing habits, or overuse around the neck and between the shoulder blades.

Try this:

Direct pressure into the upper traps + levator scap

Holding the trigger point while turning + tilting the head

A pin & stretch technique to help the fascia and muscles move better together

Most people only stretch the area… but if the tissue can’t glide, the tension keeps coming back.

Try it slow. Don’t force it. Breathe while you move. 🔄

If neck and upper back tension keeps returning, I made a course that walks you through the exact routines I use for relief & mobility.

As always

Your neck doesn’t hurt for the reason you think

1. Your chest is pulling you forward 🐢 🦐
Tight pecs + fascia around the sternum/collarbones = constant tension up into the neck

2. Your deep neck muscles are overworking
When the superficial/bigger muscles max out, the deeper group closer to the spine start gripping hard just to hold your head up

3. You keep stretching what’s already tight
More stretching ≠ better
Sometimes it just keeps the cycle going

Try this instead:

→ Release the chest
→ Squeeze and lift supportive neck fascia and muscle
→ Use gentle resistance to actually reset tension

Thank you for taking care of YOU

If this helped, comment “NECK” and I’ll send you my free mini course of the Neck Reset

Your jaw might NOT be the real problem here.

A lot of TMJ tension comes from the fascia surrounding the:
• base of the skull
• jaw muscle
• side of the neck

In this reel I’m showing 3 fascia release points that can help take pressure off the jaw so you stop clenching and grinding

If you catch yourself clenching your teeth or wake up feeling tightness then your body may be holding more tension than you realize.

Do this routine before bed and right now

Thank you for taking care of YOU

My wife took this picture in a sandwich shop in New Orleans last week. A few days before that, we ran the cap10k. Also, hit a milestone on my neck reset course, still can’t believe it. And I’ve been getting good sleep and laughing more.

I could say simply, that I’m thankful for the support and trust. Helping people get out of pain is what I’m here to do blah blah blah

BUT look, it’s true and it makes me want to cry knowing how lucky I am to be able to help people with getting their lives back.
Pain is a real thing that can start somewhere like the neck, cause head aches, tmj, flood your nervous system with stress and then your mood changes; your mood is how you experience and interpret your life. It’s all connected - like fascia hehe. But through courses and bodywork I can do this. To me it’s still so wild.

Anyways, just wanted to remind you to not only keep taking care of you and also enjoy what you have.
Thank you so damn much💜

Bad posture is NOT your fault

It happens to most people and you can over correct all you want but once the mid back becomes chronically stuck like a metal pipe, you’re doing more bad than good.

Try this fascia floss to create space in the back for the neck and shoulder blades to rest and not be pushed forward as well as opening the chest.

Chronic tightness can be helped with this fascia flossing back pulley extravaganza.

As always thank you for taking care of YOU

If you’re dealing with puffiness, tension, or inflammation then try this fascia technique routine.

1. Gently squeeze + floss under the eyes and brows

2. Use the base of your palms to glide from forehead → temples → jaw

3. Strip down from the nose along the cheekbones into the chin

4. Press downward through the neck, then finish with slow circles

This helps boost circulation, support lymphatic flow, and reduce inflammation (especially from allergies).

thank you for taking care of YOU and your beautiful face
