π£ Peppermint & Epsom Salt Foot Soak πΏ

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Epsom salt
5-10 drops of peppermint essential oil
Warm water
Instructions:
Fill a basin or tub with enough comfortably warm water to cover your feet and ankles.
Add the Epsom salt and peppermint essential oil to the water and stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
Soak your feet in the mixture for 15-20 minutes, allowing the warmth and magnesium to work their magic.
Pat your feet dry with a clean towel.
Tips:
For extra moisture, add a teaspoon of a carrier oil (like coconut or olive oil) to the soak.
Follow the soak with a pumice stone to gently scrub away any softened dead skin.
