What an unforgettable few days in Las Vegas! Dr. Franco had the honor of joining some of the most brilliant minds in aesthetic medicine at the 2026 Vegas Cosmetic Surgery & Aesthetic Dermatology conference.

This year’s program took on some of the biggest conversations in our field, and Dr. Franco was right in the middle of them. From exploring the future of aesthetic medicine and how AI is reshaping everything from policy to practice, to diving into comprehensive surgical approaches for patients after GLP-1 weight loss, it was three days of meaningful, forward-looking discussion. And yes, his “From Ozempic Butt to Pilates Peach” talk on rebuilding shape in the weight loss era was every bit as fun as it sounds.

But beyond the sessions, what makes VCS so special is the people. Sharing ideas on stage, swapping notes with colleagues from all over the world, and getting inspired by where our specialty is headed never gets old. We are so grateful Dr. Franco got to be part of it again this year.
