This idea is incorporated into her own practice, and she shares it with her students, to help create a happier, healthier, and more authentic community.

Ray and I are preparing to leave for a 10-day meditation intensive.

We’ll be away during part of the lead-up to the Summer Solstice, and it feels meaningful to enter deep practice before returning to hold a ceremony devoted to light, sound, renewal, and intention.
