Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing spa team. The ideal candidate has previous spa or med spa experience, loves interacting with people, and understands how important social media and marketing are in today’s beauty industry.
This is NOT a position for someone who waits to be told what to do. We are looking for a true social butterfly who stays productive during downtime by helping with marketing, organizing, and promoting the business.
Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls, texts, and emails professionally
* Check clients in and out
* Schedule appointments and assist clients with booking
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and front desk
* Promote specials, memberships, and services to clients
* Create and assist with social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
* Help with Canva graphics, marketing ideas, and online promotions
* Engage with clients in person and online
* Assist with daily office tasks and organization
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a spa, med spa, salon, or wellness environment REQUIRED
* Experience with social media marketing
* Comfortable being on camera and online
* Canva experience preferred
* Familiarity with Zenoti software is a plus
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated and proactive personality
* Must be comfortable talking with clients and building relationships
* Organized, dependable, and positive attitude
* Esthetician or laser technician experience is a PLUS
