Austin Community for EFT Here to connect Austin Emotionally Focused Therapists, build community, and better our practice.

This community is for Austin area therapists interested in learning more about emotionally focused therapy (EFT) based on the work of Dr. Sue Johnson. A substantial body of research outlining the effectiveness of EFT now exists. Research studies find that 70-75% of couples move from distress to recovery and approximately 90% show significant improvements.
