I get to do more than one job I love, and that’s only possible because of an incredible team. ❤️

So grateful for my Upgrade Labs Fifth Street crew. The way you take care of our members, our package holders, and-just as importantly-each other allows me to step away and spend days like today in the operating room doing my other job. 🙏

Knowing our members are in such capable, caring hands means more than you know. I’m incredibly grateful for each of you. 🫶

What if your friends gossiped about you… but only about how AMAZING your life has become? ✨

Saturday I tried an activation called “Golden Gossip.” You share where you want to be a year from now, then two women talk about you as if it’s ALL already happening—and they’re genuinely excited for you.

It was surprisingly powerful. 💫

Try it with two friends: What would they be gossiping about you one year from now?

A little damage… in the name of younger skin. ✨

I had an IPL treatment a couple of days ago! IPL uses targeted pulses of light to reduce age spots and spider veins while triggering repair pathways of collagen remodeling and more youthful gene expression in the skin.

So for about a week, I’ll be rocking some darker freckles and areas where the spider veins were treated… and then, hopefully, better than new. 🙌

Sometimes rejuvenation looks a little worse before it looks better!

I stopped lifting for almost two months after breaking my toe. and then, honestly, I just got out of the habit. 😬

But here’s what surprised me: I maintained my muscle mass.

I am using tesamorelin + ipamorelin at night, 5 days on/2 days off, which I’m pretty sure supported lean mass while I wasn’t training.

Does this replace lifting? Absolutely not. Building and maintaining muscle is critical, especially during perimenopause and as we age.

But when injury or life temporarily keeps you from training, peptides may be one tool worth discussing with your healthcare provider.

Lift the weights when you can. Support your biology when you need to. 💪

Recently, I’ve become really interested in angels. I’ve had a couple of experiences in the past with angels, but I’m never really thought they were something that we could interact with or talk to. I’m doing a deep dive into all the literature I can find on angels and I would love to hear your story about any Angel experiences or Angel wisdom you might have.

Everyone is selling the next menopause “miracle”… but are they helping you build a healthier body?

The biggest mistake I see women make is chasing the next trendy supplement while ignoring the foundation that actually changes how they feel.

Start with the basics. Build muscle. Support your hormones. Heal your metabolism. Then add the tools that are right for you.

Save this before you buy the next “must-have” menopause product.

This morning a thought hit me out of nowhere: I’ll be 70 in eleven years. 😳😳😳😳

And it bothered me. Then I noticed that it bothered me — and that bothered me more.

Because I plan on living to 120. Which means 70 isn’t the back nine, it’s barely past halftime. So why did the number land like that?

I think it’s because we’ve been handed a story where age is something you survive instead of something you accumulate. Where a higher score means you’re winding down instead of leveling up. I don’t want to age gracefully so much as I want to age relevantly - still building, still curious, still comfortable in my own skin and my own years.

But I don’t think we get there individually. We get there when we stop treating a higher number as a discount on someone’s worth.

So I’m asking honestly: what age has quietly bothered you? And what would it take to feel good about it instead?

I just realized I don’t want to be “old” 😳

It took me two days to get angry. That’s the part I’ve been thinking about.

A teenage boy touched me inappropriately while I was walking in my neighborhood. And instead of feeling angry, I spent a day (or 2) building a case for why I shouldn’t. 😳

WTF??

This is 2.5 minutes on why I think I responded this way... Stay with me because I don’t think I’m the only one...
