There are two things I do consistently in my sessions, though they are really the same thing:
Grounding.
Creating a safe space to let go of your tension, stresses, worries, and to leave them there.
Giving you a chance to breathe deeply and crumble your concrete tissues with each compression bringing comfort and relief.
Bringing you back to your body after removing what no longer serves it with a pressure-pointed hold at the base of your skull to give those tired neck muscles a break.
My clients often report feeling lighter after getting off the table, like they were carrying extra weight before.
Tension doesn't just add up--It also wears you down.
