the 6 signs you’re starving as a petite:

1. your workouts feel HARDER even though you’re ā€œdoing everything rightā€šŸ‘‡

when there’s not enough fuel or protein coming in, your body burns fat AND muscle mass.

less muscle = less strength = slower metabolism

now you’re weaker, workouts are exhausting and you have no energy to fuel them
