Balanced Bodies trainer Laura Cartwright is at it again. She's begun her training for the MS150 happening in May. Stay up to date with Laura's progress as she sets her sights on the 80 mile ride. Here's what she says about the ride:

"I'm not what most people would call athletic. I do work out regularly to be able to keep up my quality of life and continue to do the things I like to do.

I work with trainer Mark Albrecht here at Balanced Bodies on a program he designed for me. And it changes regularly to keep up with my interests and activities. For instance, it's ski season, and I really hope to hit the slopes this year so we're really focussed on leg strength and endurance.

And of course, now I've thrown an 80 mile bike ride into the mix so we've stepped up the core work. If the 21 mile training ride I did on Sunday is any gauge, I've got my work cut out for me."
