Still riding that runner’s high after leading a 5K with this weekend to celebrate the launch of the Alo Runner in San Antonio!

Manifesting this opportunity has been a dream of mine, and getting to work with on such an amazing campaign feels like a full-circle moment.

Happy July 1st, friends!

Can you believe today marks the halfway point of 2023?

Don’t worry though, we still have six months left to recommit to our goals and intentions we set at the beginning of the year.

Here are three practices that are helping me feel more grounded as I recommit to my goals.

ꕀ Breathwork to reset and reorganize the chatter in my mind.

ꕀ Yoga (or any other form of movement) to transform the tension and tightness in my body and mind.

ꕀJournaling to reprogram my subconscious mind and get crystal clear with what I want to attract/manifest the remainder of the year.
