The plan was to build my own physical therapy practice one day. And even in the dream, I just assumed insurance would still be calling the shots on how I treated people. That’s genuinely how I thought it worked.
Then I found Concierge Orthopedics, and the thing I’d given myself five years to build, I’m already living it.
I see fewer patients a week than I ever have. I make more than I ever have. And the part that actually changed everything: I’m not running someone through a set number of visits because a script says so. I build the plan of care around what the patient actually needs. Real medical necessity, not a billing code.
When I left school I thought the job was to accept whatever I was offered and be grateful for it. I never once asked if it was the right move for me. If it would leave me with anything left to give.
That’s the question the clinic never wants you to ask.
I get to ask it now. And I get to answer it on my own terms.
If that’s the kind of practice you want to be part of, comment TEAM and we’ll send you a link to book a consult call to see if you’d be a good fit with us.
