Has anyone you know who’s ever lost a lot of weight said to you, ‘you know what, I was actually happier overweight’
I believe if that case does occur, there is deeper trauma there preventing happiness beyond a healthy body
I was 200 lbs in 8th grade. I ate my emotions because of emotional neglect. It took me until I was 28 to see the pattern and to assign the wound to it
Everyone needs love; I am not enforcing shame. However, I cannot get on the bandwagon that excuses detrimental behavior against oneself
We are here to which does not include fast food, binge eating, sugar overload, energy drinks, chemicals and processed garbage

These people were celebrated and pushed in society’s face, and replaced healthy-looking people with obese people in ads
Everything you see programs you whether you know it or not
So weak people and people-pleasers started celebrating everything unhealthy and calling it ‘positivity’ and ‘acceptance’ when overweight people are not positive or accepting towards themselves
They might say they are, but they’re not
They are wearing their private decisions in public
Remember the movie ? The humans in it represent society today
