It feels so good to be home. This trail was my therapy for many years. Early morning solo hikes were my church. 🙏💕

Revisiting it this morning and seeing all the changes in nature and reflecting on all the changes within me over the past 15 years.

Life is so incredible. Enjoy the ride. It’s the only one we’ve got! ✨

It’s hot…if I’m outside it means I’m on the water. 💦

Paddleboarding is my meditation on days like these. I paddle and paddle and paddle…and somewhere along the way my mind let’s loose. Answers come, questions arise, creativity is set loose. ✨

Sometimes exercise isn’t about the workout. 🏋️‍♀️

Let your mind free…get lost in something. PLAY!!! 🤸‍♂️

I love starting the weekend with a clean home. ✨

Cleaning always makes me feel lighter and knowing that all my corners are clean gives me a sense of calm accomplishment.

Lately I’ve been feeling lost…at a stand still…unsure of which way to go. 🗺

Feeling like I’m not going anywhere…fast.

Yet, when I turn around and look at all the things I’ve accomplished in my life or even in this past year…I’m in awe. ✨

I’m not meant to know the future…I’m not even really sure what today will bring. 🔮

So, instead of letting that scare me or frustrate me…I’m choosing to find joy in it!

It’s exciting to let life unfold as I surrender to every possibility under the sun. ☀️

Don’t get stuck in fear. Instead, think about all the progress you’ve made. Let that fuel your motivation to take the next step…and the next…and the one after that. ✨
