Highly sensitive people do not need to become less sensitive. Instead: grounding, discernment, and healthy energetic boundaries are skills you can develop with proper guidance and practice. You can remain compassionate without becoming overwhelmed.

Daily practices that reconnect attention to your own body, reclaiming personal energy, and releasing what does not belong to you is the foundation of reclaiming your energy and field, staying out of overwhelm and not absorbing others emotions or feeling responsible.

If you're feeling heavy, emotional congested, full, or foggy, you may have density in your auric field.
