I’ll be teaching a new permanent yoga class 💪🏼🙌 SO EXCITED to be teaching here every Thursday for .studios

The class for this month is focused on vinyasa alignment, core strengthening and some balancing challenges!

One of my students said that after my class he felt like “when the rain goes away”, another student had a head ache all day which disappeared after she took the class. Take some time for yourself and head to a yoga class 🙏🏼

I’m teaching yoga on the rooftop of for .studios every Monday !

When the weather is nice we’ll go play by the gorgeous pool and skyline backdrop with the sunset 🌅🥰 When the weather is more challenging we’ll be setup in the beautiful sky lounge sanctuary 🧘‍♀️

My flow this month will focus on strengthening the core, upper body and balancing postures 💪🏼 Looking forward to seeing all you Larkians there! 😍 Free for all residents!
