Shoulder Boulders Action!

The Echo Strength Depot linear shoulder press is quite impressive. The plate carrier starts off at a hefty 40lbs almost equivalent to a barbell and has a kickstand to start the movement.

The arms comes with 7 position adjustments and adjustable seat to accommdate all heights.

Constructed of 3x3 12 gauge steel with a weight of 231 lbs.

We parted ways with the GMWD V7 and went back to focus on lever arm seated press and barbell work for chest and the Echo Strength Shoulder Press was perfect solution for our split workouts.

Finally getting back to my routines. Creating content is fun but has been hindering my workouts.

The new Echo Strength Depot linear shoulder press feels really good. The plate carriage starts you off at 40 lbs. Comes with multi position handles and a kickstand to move the carriage up.

Been a year with gmwdfitness LE08 and still a GOAT in our gym. No plans to upgrade.

Setting up hatfield squats on the Echo Strength Depot rack will be part of the new routine

Feels Good to be back.

Got some barbell work in. I dont lift often but wanted to get some sets in.

Today's setup

Grip Enhancer. Outstanding alternative to messy chalk. Insane grip feel
flat bench and low profile spotter arms and flat bench. This bench felt great.

Just added the Echo Strength Depot abduction adduction machine to the arsenal and this thing is a solid beast! 11 gauge steel. 260 lbs. Max load capacity of 500 lbs and 350 lbs user weight. Echo Strength is an underrated company. just got better
