Getting the chance to share our story, and the why behind this crazy little leap we took, means more than we can put into words. What started as a dream rooted in caring for others has grown into something so much bigger than us.
At the heart of it all is love. love for our patients, our community, and the belief that healthcare should feel personal, thoughtful, and human. We didn’t do this for recognition… but being seen and understood in this way reminds us why we started in the first place.

Hi, I’m Kait 🤍
Nurse. Mom. New business owner.
Born & raised in Austin, I’ve spent my career as a nurse in the Emergency Department and Women’s Health taking care of people during some of their hardest moments.
But here’s the truth…
I started my own health journey and realized there is so much more we can do for women and men than what traditional healthcare allows.
I left the constraints of rushed visits and one-size-fits-all care because I wanted time.
Time to listen.
Time to connect.
Time to actually help people feel better.
I’m also a busy mom living the sports life with dance, gymnastics, basketball, and soccer on repeat ⚽️🏀🩰
