What thoughts are running through your mind right now?
Be honest with yourself for a second. Are they creating expansion in your life or contraction?
Because every thought is doing one of two things
It’s either pulling you closer to your highest timeline, or quietly keeping you stuck in an old one that no longer fits who you’re becoming.
And your feelings will always tell you the truth.
If your thoughts are heavy, anxious, doubtful, self-critical, or looping in the past, they’re not guiding you forward, they’re replaying an old emotional program. That doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. It just means your mind is familiar with survival patterns it hasn’t updated yet.
You are not required to believe every thought you think.
You can pause, notice it, and ask
Is this thought supporting the life I say I want?
If it isn’t, you don’t need to fight it, you just redirect it.
Replace it with something aligned. Something that feels cleaner. Not forced positivity, but truth that actually moves you forward. Thoughts like
“I am allowed to shift out of what drains me.”
“I don’t have to rehearse my past to protect my future.”
“I choose thoughts that match the direction I’m going.”
Because your dream life doesn’t respond to intention alone, it responds to repetition. What you think consistently becomes what you feel consistently. And what you feel consistently becomes what you tolerate, choose, and create.
So the real question isn’t just “what are you thinking”
It’s
Are you building your future with your mind or rehearsing your past with it?
Choose carefully. It all compounds.
