Having Long Covid and traveling is really hard but I’m not going to stop. Just take my daily nap and do whatever I can. People don’t understand why I have to take a nap or why I get so tired and for those people oh well. I don’t understand why they don’t understand. Lots of not understanding. Explaining LC to some people is like trying to explain a mythical kinda thing to them. Thank goodness they don’t know first hand and hopefully people will become educated over time. I’m doing research on sensory stuff for a project I’m working on. I’m a retired OT and have so many sensory issues I’m a mess. Don’t come at me with a cotton ball. I’d like to know what you do for for sensory stuff to help you out of that fight or flight cycle. Share anything that helps. I need in for for a research product.

I want to do some deep research into the vagus nerve. I’ve already done a lot bit the most important information come from actual people who use devices or have techniques they use. Some of you have specific knowledge in areas I may not have explored. Please share ANYTHING that you know about the vagus nerve. Even if it seems like it’s elementary. Provide me with the best resources. I have had a SBG with Dr Groysman. It worked at first but then the benefits declined due to anemia. I want to try it again. I would appreciate any feedback you would like to share .
