→ Fruit-only breakfasts
→ Carb-heavy meals (even the “healthy” ones)
→ Not enough protein early in the day

None of these are “bad”…
But they can set you up for a sudden energy crash.

Your body just needs a different level of support right now.

Start here:
✔ Add protein to your first meal
✔ Don’t wait too long to eat
✔ Balance carbs with protein + fats
