Last night, we had a great time connecting with our community at Davis-Becker Funeral Home in Boardman for their “Dying to Know” event!

Educating our community—not only about Cornerstone Caregiving, but about what home care entails and the resources available to seniors and families—is something we are incredibly passionate about. ❤️

Life can bring unexpected and unforeseen circumstances, and our goal is to help families feel informed, prepared, and supported before a crisis happens.

Last Friday, we were incredibly thankful to have the opportunity to sponsor an Honor Flight out of Cleveland, giving some of our own clients and deserving veterans from throughout our community the chance to experience a day dedicated entirely to honoring their service and sacrifice.

These veterans traveled to our nation’s capital to visit the memorials built in their honor, reflect on their service, and receive the recognition they so greatly deserve. ❤️🤍💙

At Cornerstone Caregiving, we pride ourselves on the care we provide to veterans every single day—but to us, veteran care goes far beyond what happens inside the home.

It means showing up for them in our communities. It means creating opportunities, celebrating their stories, honoring their sacrifices, and always looking for ways to go the extra mile for the men and women who have given so much for our country.

⛳️ We also want to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported our golf outing this past May! Whether you golfed, sponsored, donated, volunteered, or simply helped spread the word, your support helped us raise the funds needed to provide this incredible experience for these deserving veterans.

What started as a day on the golf course turned into a day these veterans will hopefully remember forever—and YOU helped make that possible.

To every veteran who joined us on this unforgettable journey: thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and for allowing us to be a small part of your story.

We spent the morning with Cari Delgado, the Director of the Trumbull County Veteran Service Commission, talking about our upcoming 250th American Celebration for the city of Warren. We are excited to help put together such a meaningful event for our community.

Come out Friday, July 3rd, to the Warren Amphitheater to hear Blue Siren, enjoy food vendors, craft vendors, and fireworks. It's free to the public!🇺🇸

Yesterday, we embarked on the incredible journey of inviting our local veterans to join us on our Honor Flight this August.

Mr. Joe received our very first Golden Ticket, and we couldn’t be more honored to have him joining us.

This young 94-year-old Korean War Veteran is officially getting his wings and will have the opportunity to visit the memorials built in honor of the sacrifices he and so many others made for our country.

Mr. Joe, your service, your stories, and your dedication mean more than words can express. We are so grateful for you and cannot wait to share this unforgettable experience with you. 🇺🇸✈️

First Golden Ticket delivered… many more heroes to go. ❤️🤍💙

The best Saturdays are the ones spent doing what we love most — showing up for our veterans. 🇺🇸

What makes it even more special is seeing so many familiar faces in the community — veterans recognizing our team, proudly wearing our Cornerstone swag, and sharing stories of loved ones we’ve had the honor of caring for over the years.

Those moments remind us exactly why we do what we do. ❤️
