Over the past year, becoming a mother has changed me in ways I never could have imagined. It’s been beautiful, overwhelming, grounding, emotional — sometimes all at once. Postpartum has taught me just how much we carry, and how deeply we need spaces to pause, soften, and reconnect with ourselves.
There have been so many moments this year where I’ve wanted to slow down, but simply couldn’t — not in the way I used to. With no village, broken sleep, and a very busy little body, slowing down often feels more like a longing than a reality. And maybe that’s exactly why this retreat was created. Not because I’ve figured it all out, but because I know how deeply we need spaces that hold us when life doesn’t slow down on its own.
Together with Paty Mariposa & Becca Marshall, we’ve created a gentle spring reset designed for anyone who feels the call to breathe deeper, clear emotional and energetic weight, and come back into alignment with who they truly are.
This weekend isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering yourself. It’s about creating space for rest, reflection, healing, and honest connection — in nature, in community, and within your own body.
