Truly excellent — exactly what I wanted — exceptional storage capacity, very attractive, and seemingly well-made.

Unfortunately, one part (the smaller interior mirror) arrived broken, but the seller was super responsive and though they were unable to replace the part, they offered a very reasonable refund for a portion of the price — a large enough amount to allow me to order a custom mirror piece to replace the broken one.

My only other complaint is that I wish they had provided to of those little white sticker circles to cover some of the bolts, but they’re all in the back and really not too unsightly.

All in all, I’m really very happy with the piece and impressed by the customer service offered by the seller.

As you can see my apartment is very country and the distressed look fits perfect. The directions are a bit confusing but once it's together it's beautiful. It took about an hour to assemble. It was packed great too. Nothing was broken.

Before buying this, over the years I have tried multiple drawer trays, boxes and organizers, smallish stand-up jewelry boxes, wall-mount hangers and hooks; but have never been able to keep track of my jewelry. After much hesitation, I finally chose this one and couldn't be more pleased! Everything is displayed clearly and it even holds rings with wider bands.
In spite of otherwise decent packaging, it did arrive a little damaged due to shipping, however that was quickly and pleasantly resolved by the seller. Overall an excellent purchase.

*The picture shows the unit on top of an old box I had, as a platform.
