Today I ran a 5K with my daughter and my aunt through Girls on the Run. 🩷🏃‍♀️💚

Was my daughter thrilled the entire time? Absolutely not. 😂 There were complaints, dramatic sighs, and multiple “how much longer?” moments… but she still finished it, and honestly that makes me even prouder.

Such a great program that encourages confidence, movement, friendship, and reminding these girls they can do hard things even when they don’t feel like it. 🤍

And honestly sometimes the things we complain about the most end up being the things that make us feel the best afterward.
