Creatine has a reputation. The research tells a much better story. 👀
One of the most studied supplements in sports nutrition, creatine isn’t just for bodybuilders—and for healthy adults, it doesn’t deserve many of the myths that still follow it.
💧 Worried about looking “puffy”? Creatine helps draw water into your muscle cells.
💪 Think it’s only for serious athletes? Women, beginners and older adults can benefit, too.
🔄 Think you need to load it, cycle it or perfectly time it? You don’t.
🥩 Think it’s some strange synthetic substance? Your body already makes creatine, and it occurs naturally in foods like meat and fish.
The part that matters most? Consistency.
For most adults supplementing with creatine monohydrate, 3–5g daily is the standard evidence-based approach. No complicated protocol required.
Still unsure about creatine? Save this post, swipe through the myths, and ask one of our Trainers at your next Camp or Focus Meeting. We’d rather you make nutrition decisions based on good information—not gym folklore. 💙
